Do you need my wallet or seed phrase?
No. Never. We only need the email and password you use to log into each chain's own website to view your nodes. That's a completely different credential from your wallet. If anyone ever asks you for a seed phrase, including someone claiming to be us, do not give it to them.
What happens when I change my password on a chain's site?
Your nodes on that chain go inactive, because we can no longer sign in as you. Log in here, update the login on that chain, and they spin back up. Nothing else on your account is affected.
How long until my nodes are running?
Within 24 business hours. If a chain needs something unusual from us, we'll email you and explain.
Can I add nodes later?
Yes, anytime, from your dashboard. Your next invoice is adjusted for the days you actually had them.
How does billing work for lite nodes?
You're billed per slot. Each smart node takes one slot, and up to 100 lite nodes on the same chain share one. Ten lite nodes and one hundred lite nodes on the same chain cost the same. Different chains are counted separately, because they run separately.
How do I cancel?
